Episode 295 – Do Affirmations Work?
I know you’ve heard about doing affirmations before right?. Basically it’s the idea that you can tell yourself something and hopefully make it true. For example, you can start each day by telling yourself positive things in the hopes that you’ll feel better about your day and if you do this enough times for enough days there will be some sort of change in your thought process and you’ll be a happier person. This is a powerful tool if it works especially for people that are trying to start or grow a business. So what do we think about it? Is it a hoax or is it worth implementing?
