Episode 279 – 16 Hours of Windshield Time
A major part of what we do as Land Investors involves buying and selling land remotely from our homes and for the most part that’s exactly what we do. Every now and again though we’ll hop in the truck and head out on an adventure and go visit some parcels that we’re thinking about buying. This past week was one of those times and the land we were thinking about buying was spread out across several different places. All of them close enough to go see but still hours apart from each other. So, with a tank full of gas and a very early morning we set out on a day trip that would last the better part of the day and as always bring some lessons that we probably couldn’t have learned any other way.
