It’s really easy in this business to get caught up in all the systems, software and CRMs but do you really need all of that? After all, our main goal here is to buy land really cheap and then resell it for more than we paid for it. That’s it and to get there you need a few things but the rest can just be distractions or even worse, wasted money. This is especially true when you’re new because you don’t have the monthly revenue to cover all these tools and you don’t have a big enough business to justify any of it. This goes for seasoned Investors too because we tend to forget how we got started and spend money when we may not need to. So this is a great episode for everyone because sometimes we all need reminders to just keep it simple.
