One thing we hear all the time through our Consulting is that a certain property just isn’t selling. Clients will tell us that they’re doing everything they can but people just aren’t reaching out. Well guess what? That happens. You can be doing everything in your power to market a property and for some reason the phone just won’t ring for a couple of weeks. Then BOOM! out of nowhere everyone’s gonna want what you’re selling. We’ve seen it time and time again. Some of your properties will sell really fast and others will take a little bit. The idea is not to panic, to have a little patience and keep moving forward. Just follow the plan and it’ll all work out, you just have to keep doing the work.
